Cojito
- 8 counts Wolfberger Coconut Splash coconut liqueur
- dash of simple syrup
- 1 squeeze fresh Lime
- 2 – 3 mint leaves
- shredded coconut
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass rimmed with shredded coconut. Serve and enjoy!
