Green Derby
- 1/2 Lime
- 6 mint leaves
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 1 oz green creme de menthe
- top with soda
Directions:
In a high ball glass add lime pieces, mint leaves, simple syrup and remaining ingredients. Muddle together. Fill with ice and top with club soda, enjoy!
